Las Pelotas volvió a dejar su marca en la historia del rock nacional con un recital vibrante en el estadio Obras Sanitarias el sábado 18 de octubre. En el marco de su gira nacional, el grupo liderado por Germán Daffunchio ofreció un espectáculo extenso y emotivo que recorrió distintas etapas de su trayectoria, con una puesta al aire libre, invitados especiales y un público que agotó las entradas semanas antes.
El concierto, inicialmente programado para Tecnópolis, se trasladó a Obras, donde Las Pelotas encontró el escenario perfecto para revivir su esencia: la comunión con sus seguidores y la potencia en vivo que caracteriza sus presentaciones. Con más de tres décadas sobre los escenarios, Las Pelotas sigue siendo una de las formaciones más representativas del rock argentino, manteniendo intacta su energía y conexión con la gente.
Un recorrido por su historia y su presente
Desde los primeros acordes de “Corderos en la noche” quedó claro que la banda no planeaba dejar nada en el tintero. El repertorio del show combinó clásicos indiscutidos con canciones menos habituales en vivo, como “Ya se”, que tuvo su debut en el escenario. Daffunchio, siempre carismático y reflexivo, agradeció la presencia del público y recordó los comienzos del grupo, surgido tras la disolución de Sumo y con más de 36 años de historia a cuestas.
Durante más de dos horas y media, la lista de temas fue un viaje por el universo sonoro de Las Pelotas: desde himnos generacionales como “Personalmente”, “Capitán América” y “Será”, hasta canciones recientes que confirman su vigencia y capacidad de reinvención. El sonido, potente y preciso, estuvo acompañado por una puesta visual sobria pero efectiva, con proyecciones y luces que reforzaron la atmósfera de cada tema.
Invitados especiales y momentos destacados
Una de las características más celebradas del show fue la gran cantidad de invitados que subieron al escenario. Gabriel Dahbar fue uno de los primeros en sumarse, participando en “Día feliz” y regresando luego para “Veoyover” y “Nunca me des la espalda”, donde también se destacó Mariana Pellegrino en guitarra.
Sebastián Andersen acompañó en “Ya lo sabés”, Sonia Álvarez aportó una versión acústica con arpa de “Víctimas del cielo” que sorprendió por su delicadeza, y Mariano di Césare se unió en “Hola qué tal?”, aportando su impronta vocal. Gillespi se hizo presente en “Si supieras”, mientras que Ismael Sokol —hijo del recordado Alejandro “Bocha” Sokol, fundador de la banda— participó en dos momentos clave del show: “¿Para qué?” y “El cazador”, en una conexión emocional que hizo vibrar al público.
El cierre fue una verdadera celebración colectiva cuando Piti Fernández (Las Pastillas del Abuelo) subió para “Senderos” y, más tarde, volvió en el encore final con “No tan distintos (1989)” y “El ojo blindado”, en homenaje a Sumo, junto a todos los invitados en el escenario.

A lo largo de su carrera, Las Pelotas ha demostrado una constancia admirable. Daffunchio, con su habitual mezcla de humor y profundidad, resumió el espíritu de la noche antes del último tema: “Este lugar tiene historia, y nosotros seguimos escribiéndola con ustedes”.
Un cierre épico en el templo del rock
El tramo final del concierto fue una sucesión de emociones. Luego de “Cómo se curan las heridas” y “El cazador”, Las Pelotas regresó al escenario para ofrecer “Brilla (Shine)”, seguida por un homenaje doble a Sumo con “No tan distintos (1989)” y “El ojo blindado”, himnos que unieron generaciones bajo un mismo grito colectivo.
Con todos los invitados sobre el escenario y un público entregado de principio a fin, Las Pelotas volvió a reafirmar su lugar como una de las bandas más queridas y trascendentes del rock nacional. A 36 años de su formación, su música sigue encendiendo la misma chispa que los vio nacer: la del encuentro, la emoción y el poder del vivo.
